It was definitely 4 stars for me: staff and food were very good. They made my stay wonderful. Loved Levens, the hotel was charming small close enough to tourist areas. Honesty bar was great and well priced.

I had an enjoyable experience here, everything was very clean, the location was unbeatable near the pub, the lakes. The staff was thoughtful and attentive, the breakfast offered was savoury with lots of food. Nothing too much trouble, I loved this place, would recommend.

Very hospitable staff, our room was cosy and fantastic. The restaurant was modest, THOUGHTFUL service, lovely food. Absolutely perfect location to helsington. Loved to hang out in the centre, it's at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The bed was spacious, and the staff were loyal. Bonus point for an ironing set, multi-channel television and a study table. Moreover, hotel's parking is on-site.
