The Hare And Hounds, Levens

Perfect place to stay for us. Booked a double room with iron/ironing board, a work desk and TV. The breakfast at the bar was marvellous and sumptuous.

We had a very enjoyable time staying at this hotel. Attentive staff and handy location near lakes, everything was very good. There was lots of fab meals.

Little place with brand-new and well-appointed rooms.

It was definitely 4 stars for me: staff and food were very good. They made my stay wonderful. Loved Levens, the hotel was charming small close enough to tourist areas. Honesty bar was great and well priced.

Internet was terrible.

I had an enjoyable experience here, everything was very clean, the location was unbeatable near the pub, the lakes. The staff was thoughtful and attentive, the breakfast offered was savoury with lots of food. Nothing too much trouble, I loved this place, would recommend.

Every detail was great from the beginning, including staff and food, I really enjoyed it. Comfortable beds, iron and ironing board, a work desk, and TV were a nice touch.

Overall I enjoyed that small hotel. Bright room and good bed. The service was welcoming during all my relaxing stay. I had a superb and tasty vegetarian breakfast.

Quiet little place to stay. We really enjoyed staff and food here. Found in a rural part of the town. The specialities were amazing and served in the good restaurant.

I enjoyed the reception, it was warm. The beds were big, I slept well.

Very hospitable staff, our room was cosy and fantastic. The restaurant was modest, THOUGHTFUL service, lovely food. Absolutely perfect location to helsington. Loved to hang out in the centre, it's at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Breakfast was adequate and the staff was willing to help.

The bed was spacious, and the staff were loyal. Bonus point for an ironing set, multi-channel television and a study table. Moreover, hotel's parking is on-site.

We liked almost everything, including views and food. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was magnificent. We would like to come again, when we stay in Levens.

The street outside is quite noisy.
